    An attractive and original 1877 key date three cent nickel graded PR 63 by PCGS. This attractive original coin is a proof-only issue and carries very lightly toned surfaces. It is has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. It does have some toning spots throughout both sides as shown in the photos provided.
    This proof issue coin is among the most valuable for the series with a low expected survival rate of only 650 coins according to the PCGS Coin Facts. Of these survivors, it is one of only 50 graded Proof 63 by PCGS.
