Hi, and thanks for looking!
All the things i have for sale are as found and need cleaned.
I may have wiped/rinsed things off for inspection.
This is about 1 1/2" diameter at the base.
Extended and still stable it is about 4 3/4" tall.
Closed it is about 3 1/4" tall.
The top pad swivels.
There is some wear.
I have some weird stuff for sale.
