Enamel Plated Pewter Medal St Monique (Monica) Watch Fob Attachment Carry Pouch

It is an unusual and beautiful vintage pewter medal of St. Monique (Monica), probably  the St Monica,the mother of St Augustine, who prayed so earnestly for her son's conversion.
This is vintage circa 1960s, French European made, probably originating from a Benedictine monastery in Central France noted for this kind of specialized enamel work.
The medal is 1 3/8” in diameter, made of solid pewter with information in French and a fancy cross center on the reverse.
The item came, just as we received it, with a pewter watch fob a ttachment, 12 3/4” long, and a dark red velvet carry pouch with drawstrings, 2 1/2” in size.
All items graded in Very Fine condition- an unusual medal of an uncommon but notable saint.
