    These quality shears were made in the late 1940s, the brass locking nut is marked DBGM which was no longer used after 1949. Still has the paper label, which says Muttersherung and Band Umgerbogen Lassen, also says safety nut registered. Marked HR West Germany on one side and Brown cast steel on the other. Since the label is intact they saw little if any use.
