Pfaltzgraff Tea Rose 10" Enamel Saute Pan Skillet w/glass lid and 2 handles *EUC

This auction is for a beautiful 10" saute pan or skillet with 2 handles in very good condition.
I do not know the manufacturer. The Tea Rose pattern is on both sides. The handles and the lid knob are a bronze-look. The rim of the lid and pan are gold with the most minimal amount of rub wear. Please see the photos as I describe them:
Photo #1 shows the unique, non-round lid knob and the beauty of the pan
Photo #2 + #4 show the very good condition of the enamel
Photo #3 shows how the lid can be unscrewed for proper cleaning (I was not able to do this for it was tight.)
Photo #5 The lid has one spot that doesn't seem perfectly round. I purposefully put it by the left handle so you can see it was probably from the manufacturer and doesn't affect anything. I am very critical in my descriptions as I'm kind of fussy and especially in light of how high shipping is.
For storage purposes, measurements are:  10 1/4" diameter, 13" across from handle to handle edge; and 3" deep with lid flipped upside-down. (If you store it this way, keep the enclosed sheet of foam between the lid and the pan to avoid scratching.) Cooking surface is 10" x 2 1/2".  Please feel free to ask questions.
