These whimsical figurine collectibles date to the first quarter of the 20th century and are getting exceedingly hard to find.   They were mostly produced in Germany.  The pot metal figurines holding an umbrella came in various types of animals - owls, bears, cats, rabbits, dogs etc.
This one has two OWLS.  There is some paint loss on the umbrella, otherwise good.
It measures about 2 1/2" to top of umbrella.
